All materials have been chosen for comfort, durability, support and are friendly to the environment as well as you. Our mat is made with sustainably harvested natural tree rubber and eco-polyurethane. So, every time you roll out your mat, you can feel good about being kind to yourself.

To keep your mat in the best condition, lightly wipe the top with a soft cloth and a very diluted mix of mild soap and water or white vinegar and water. Always leave your mat to completely dry flat in a cool or covered area, before rolling and folding to store it. Always roll into the base layer, so the top layer is on the outside when fully rolled up.
